California Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (CBSIS) provides FBI and Department of Justice background checks for all alarm company employees. All Alpha Alarm employees can present this card upon request to assure that your information and property will remain secure. Can you say this about your current alarm service provider?
National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies(NICET) certification program allows us to encourage and monitor the career growth of employees. We have technicians trained up to level IV.
California Automatic Fire Alarm Association (CAFAA) promotes training, cooperation and understanding among the professionals involved in the fire alarm industry with a focus on code issues.
Western Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (WBFAA) program serves the educational and training needs of apprentices and journeymen with educational classes, on-the-job training, and continuing education. Alpha pays into a training fund to make these classes available to all our technicians.
Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS) certifies our journeymen technicians have at least 4000 hours of documented field experience and can pass a rigorous test.
Central Coast Fire Protection Association (CCFPA) is comprised of Fire Department Chiefs and Inspectors, Fire Protection Engineers, and industry experts from the Central Coast. CCFPA meets to share information and provide training on fire protection issues unique to our area. Alpha Fire participates to represent our customers’ interests in terms of safety and system costs.
